Our Service
We understand that transitioning to a new pharmacy can be a stressful process, which is why we offer personalised support to your team throughout the onboarding process. Our customer support team is available six days a week, including bank holidays, to assist your home with any medication-related queries, including liaising with your GP when necessary.
At Remedi Solutions, we have an automated dispensing system that enables us to track your prescriptions at every stage, from the GP to your home. Additionally, our care home portal grants your home full access to track your acute prescriptions, providing complete transparency. Our dedicated MAR team ensures that your MARS (Medication Administration Records), whether in paper or electronic form, are created and delivered on time for your medication delivery. We collaborate with multiple eMAR providers who seamlessly integrate with our pharmacy.
Furthermore, our professional services team is readily available to offer assistance to your home with covert medication, as well as provide new medication services and discharge medication services, all at no cost.
Free Medication Delivery
To ensure that your home has ample time to check the monthly medication, we deliver it one week before the medication changeover. Acute medications are delivered the next day before 12pm, excluding Sundays and bank holidays. We have partnered with nationwide logistic partners who provide fully tracked delivery services, ensuring the safe and timely arrival of your medications.
